Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of reporting experience in client-facing roles.
• Dashboards and report design and delivery across cultures and time zones.
• Expert-level Power BI skills with DAX and data modelling.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate contractual service levels into measurable definitions and definitions with the account lead and client.
• Analyze requirements and design information flows to support accurate billing with finance and integrations teams.
• Estimate work and schedule priorities with implementation managers.
• Deliver dashboards, reports and dataflows to quality standards and mentor the reporting team.
