Job summary

Enable PH is seeking a Procurement Lead (Logistics) in Metro Manila to oversee end-to-end procurement and import logistics, including strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost negotiation, and PO administration. You will coordinate shipments from international suppliers to our warehouses, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires 3–4 years in import/export operations, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in import logistics, customs brokerage or freight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, import / export compliance, and customs procedures
• 3-4 Years Experience in Import/Export Operations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong Problem-solving and Organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement and importation activities, from sourcing to shipment tracking and delivery.
• Develop relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers for smooth transactions.
• Lead import documentation preparation and ensure compliance with trade laws and tariffs.
• Evaluate supplier performance and cost structures to identify savings opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage material requirements and inventory flow.
• Review and improve procurement and logistics processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Track and report procurement KPI metrics such as cost, lead times, and compliance.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
