Job summary

Enable PH is seeking a Procurement and Importation Officer to lead procurement and import logistics, including sourcing, supplier management, cost negotiation, PO administration, and shipment coordination, ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations.

The role drives efficient, timely, and cost-effective flow of imported goods from international suppliers to local warehouses, while optimizing processes and maintaining strong supplier relationships to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in import/export operations.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience in import logistics, customs brokerage or freight forwarding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement and import activities from sourcing to shipment tracking.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers for compliant, timely transactions.
• Prepare, verify, and monitor import documentation per trade laws, tariffs, and customs rules.
• Evaluate supplier performance and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to forecast material needs and manage inventory flow.
• Review and optimize procurement and logistics processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Track and report procurement KPI metrics such as cost, lead times, and compliance.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
