Job summary

TrustBridge Global Foundation seeks a Program Lead to own the readiness and activation of its Standing Global Humanitarian Response Fund, coordinating rapid deployments and continuously improving the program. You will manage partnerships, grant allocations, and donor communications across a global network.

The role requires deep humanitarian expertise, strong program management skills, and the ability to operate under pressure while ensuring compliance and donor transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in humanitarian studies or related field.
• Minimum five years' experience in humanitarian response, emergency fundraising, crisis grantmaking, or similar.
• Direct experience with humanitarian-response charity, disaster-relief or grantmaking institution.
• Experience with rapid-response activation and donor fundraising preferred.
• Experience with international or globally distributed organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own operational readiness and activation of the Standing Global Humanitarian Response Fund and related crisis-response giving opportunities.
• Apply humanitarian-response expertise to monitor crises, assess activations, and lead grant allocations and reporting.
• Lead fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship, and campaign analytics in collaboration with internal teams.
• Oversee day-to-day performance, governance, and post-activation learning.
