Job summary

TrustBridge Global Foundation seeks a strategic Program Lead to orchestrate the Standing Global Humanitarian Response Fund and related crisis‑response giving opportunities. You will own readiness, activation, ongoing management, and continuous improvement of prebuilt infrastructure, including fund mechanics, landing pages, and campaign assets to enable rapid live responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in humanitarian studies, international development, disaster management, nonprofit management, philanthropy, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant humanitarian response experience.
• Direct experience with humanitarian‑response charity or crisis‑response grantmaking.
• Experience with rapid‑response activation and donor fundraising is preferred.
• Familiarity with humanitarian standards and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational readiness and activation of the Standing Global Humanitarian Response Fund.
• Lead launch, ongoing management, and continuous improvement of crisis response opportunities.
• Maintain prebuilt response infrastructure including fund mechanics and templates.
• Develop allocation recommendations and manage donor reporting.
• Ensure governance, performance reporting, and post-activation reviews.
