Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions in Manila (hybrid) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for global roles, with emphasis on hub-based positions. This is a true sourcing role, not a recruiter role.

You will conduct screening calls, log activities, develop sourcing strategies, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to accelerate engagement while managing candidate data in the ATS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, talent research, or candidate generation.
• Proven ability to build pipelines for hub-based roles or high-volume recruiting.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills; comfortable with hybrid work in Ortigas Pasig area.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines with a focus on hub-based roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, direct sourcing, Boolean searches, networking, and social media.
• Review applications and create curated shortlists for recruiters.
• Document call logs and outreach for Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Support employer branding and sourcing strategies on social networks.
• Maintain accurate sourcing data and pipeline activity in the ATS.
