Qualifications

15+ years of experience leading large-scale, multi-region operations with measurable results.
Proven experience leading and scaling B2B support operations for complex services.
Data-driven, continuous improvement mindset across global service networks.

Responsibilities

Set the multi-year vision for Delivery, U4B, and High Risk Escalations.
Lead globally distributed operations with consistent service quality.
Build a scalable operating model for B2B support, merchant operations, and escalations.
Drive automation, GenAI adoption, and workflow simplification.
Develop leaders and culture with accountability and rigor.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Program and Operations teams on improvements.
Surface customer and frontline insights to shape decisions and product evolution.
Measure KPIs to drive accountability and outcomes.
