Job summary

Cardinal Health International Philippines Inc. is seeking a Hardware Asset Management professional to own the lifecycle of hardware and print assets within a hybrid IT environment. The role focuses on governance, procurement support, inventory accuracy, and vendor coordination to ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in hardware asset management, strong Excel and ServiceNow skills, and a proactive mindset for process improvements and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelors not required; a two-year degree in CS/IT/Business or equivalent is preferred.
• 2-3 years of direct Hardware Asset Management experience are required.
• Intermediate knowledge of ServiceNow reporting, inventory management, procurement processes, and enterprise print processes is preferred.
• BuyNow experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting desktop, laptop, peripheral, and print service requests in a large enterprise is preferred.
• Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns hardware and print asset lifecycle governance and reporting.
• Manage creation, receipt, reconciliation, and closure of hardware and print purchase orders.
• Support enterprise print services operations including device delivery tracking and governance.
• Coordinate with vendors, project teams, and stakeholders for asset management activities.
• Maintain hardware asset records and support audits within ServiceNow.
• Develop hardware reports and provide insights to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Lead inventory reviews and identify process improvements and risks.
• Assist in resolution of complex asset-related issues with cross-functional teams.
