Job summary

Cardinal Health Philippines is seeking a skilled IT Asset Management professional to own the hardware and print assets lifecycle, governance, and reporting. The role partners with stakeholders to ensure cost control, compliance, and efficient service delivery across the asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, supporting print services operations, and maintaining accurate asset records in ServiceNow, while driving continuous process improvements and governance

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of direct hardware asset management experience required.
• Experience with ServiceNow reporting, inventory management, and procurement processes preferred.
• Experience with enterprise print processes and BuyNow a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hardware and print asset lifecycle governance and reporting.
• Manage creation, receipt, reconciliation, and closure of hardware- and print-related purchase orders.
• Support enterprise print services operations, device delivery tracking, and escalation management.
• Maintain asset records and perform audits in ServiceNow; drive continuous improvement.
