Job summary

Moom Health is seeking a data-driven Head of Growth to lead revenue expansion, customer acquisition, and retention across all channels. You’ll own the full growth funnel and work cross-functionally to scale impact internationally.

You’ll build and optimize paid social, search, SEO, email campaigns, and CRO across markets, lead TikTok Shop initiatives, and mentor a lean growth team to continuously improve cohort metrics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth/performance marketing.
• Proven track record scaling paid acquisition profitably.
• Experience in SEA/India e-commerce ecosystems.
• Strong data fluency; building dashboards and making budget calls.
• Experience operating across multiple markets & regulatory environments.
• Founder-level ownership mentality; lean team leadership.
• Experience in women's health, wellness, or regulated consumer health.

Responsibilities

• Own and hit growth targets across all markets.
• Build and scale performance marketing (paid social, search, affiliate) and organic channels (SEO, content, community).
• Lead TikTok Shop and other social commerce strategy, building on existing workstreams.
• Design and run CRO experiments across the D2C site and marketplace storefronts.
• Develop retention and lifecycle programs (email, SMS, subscription/repeat purchase).
• Build market-specific growth playbooks that account for regulatory differences and local consumer behavior.
• Manage growth budget allocation and reporting across a multi-country P&L.
• Build, mentor, and eventually lead a small growth/performance marketing team.
