Job summary

Hawksford is seeking a Governance, Risk and Compliance Senior Administrator to support the annual CMP plan and periodic review program across Jersey, Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, UAE, and other jurisdictions.

The role involves testing, reporting, and coordinating GRC duties, with emphasis on regulatory awareness, stakeholder engagement, and strong organisational skills to manage multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Regulatory awareness and the ability to work confidently within a regulated environment.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage constructively with stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities across jurisdictions.
• Strong numeracy, written and IT skills - spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strong academic background and relevant qualification(s) or desire to study.

Responsibilities

• Undertake annual controls testing, including documenting and summarising work performed.
• Identify observations and propose appropriate recommendations where required.
• Prepare draft reports for review.
• Track and follow up on observations and recommendations where relevant.
• Assist with testing for other jurisdictions as may be required from time to time.
• Support the planning and delivery of the Periodic Review programme in Jersey and for other jurisdictions as applicable.
• Maintain clear records of review progress and outcomes.
• Undertake other relevant GRC duties as required from time to time or ongoing as applicable.
