Job summary

Citco in Makati, Philippines, is seeking an IT Security Analyst (Governance) to contribute to the Information Security Management System. You will handle IT Security governance, risk and compliance projects, interact with management and auditors, and drive awareness training across global delivery teams.

The role requires several years in governance, risk, and compliance, strong English communication, and familiarity with SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in governance, risk and compliance.
• 2+ years technical writing on IT security topics.
• Working knowledge of Protiviti, SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence.
• Understanding of Basel II, SAS70, and SOC I & II requirements.
• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM, and other audit, risk and security-related certifications a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML and web authoring tools/languages is a plus.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Govern IT Security governance, risk and compliance projects.
• Interact with management and external auditors on ISMS and IT Security program status.
• Create and manage phishing scenarios and monthly phishing test reports.
• Respond to client due diligence questionnaires and requests.
• Produce quarterly management reports for internal and external distribution.
• Create and manage annual IT Security Awareness training programs for global delivery.
• Assist with IT Security policy and standards review and updates.
• Maintain ISO27001 and COBIT compliance and guidelines.
