Qualifications

• Practical understanding of multimodal freight shipping (Air, Ocean, LCL/FCL, cross-border).
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS and global shipping standards.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and logistics software.
• Strong written and verbal communication with fast customer response times.
• Data entry, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate freight quotes across multiple transit types (LCL, FCL, LTL, FTL, Air, Time-Critical).
• Respond quickly and professionally to pricing inquiries via multiple channels.
• Research transit routes, schedules, and coverage to determine optimal options.
• Select reliable, cost-efficient routing solutions to balance cost and service.
• Ensure pricing and routing workflows follow INCOTERMS and trade standards.
• Maintain positive relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
