Job summary

APW Tech in the Philippines is seeking a senior FP&A professional to own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. You will partner with executive teams to influence business decisions through robust financial analysis and reporting, using Power BI and ERP systems.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in FP&A, multinational exposure, and a track record of stable tenure in mid-sized organizations, with strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or any related field.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• Strong ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Proven business partnering experience with senior stakeholders
• Exposure to Power BI, ERP systems (Workday/Oracle preferred), and advanced Excel
• Experience influencing business decisions through financial analysis and reporting rather than traditional accounting functions
• Managerial-level exposure with proven business partnering responsibilities.
• FP&A experience within multinational organizations
• Experience in financial institutions is an advantage
• Candidates from mid-sized organizations with demonstrated tenure and stability
• Strong stakeholder management experience, particularly exposure to executive leadership teams
