Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Finance Planning & Analysis professional in Manila to deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data, reports, and forecasts for Global Wealth and Asset Management. The role partners with Asia and North America stakeholders and supports planning cycles with MBPS FP&A teams.

Candidate will automate processes, develop templates, and present insights using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, while maintaining high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Accounting/Finance.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a finance role.
• Experience in automating reporting processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, analyze, and synthesize financial and non-financial information from stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support annual consolidated planning, including trend investigations and scenario analysis.
• Improve reporting processes for month-end and quarter-end cycles.
• Collaborate with North America and MBPS FP&A teams to ensure smooth reporting and planning.
• Provide deep-dive training and cross-training to establish back-ups.
