Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• CPA license an advantage but not required.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 1 year experience in fixed asset management.

Aufgaben

• Capital Budget Planning.
• Capital Project Status Update.
• Assigns Project Number to AMPI/AMUS approved projects.
• Sends monthly capital expenditure forecast to Treasury Section.
• Maintain and update the list of US and PH funded approved project.
• Download, print, and safe-keep copies of approved projects, including CIM system attachments.
• Monitors acquisition of fixed assets.
• Capitalize Fixed Assets.
• Monitors Disposal of Fixed Assets.
• Performs Fixed Asset Closing Procedures in Oracle.
• Prepares Quarterly Asset Impairment Review.
• Conducts Annual Physical Inventory and Tagging of Capital Assets.
• Reviews Fixed Asset Narratives and FA Policies and Procedures.
• Coordinates with other departments on cross-functional tasks.
• Formulates and recommends improvements of fixed asset system, procedures and internal control.
• Performs other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
