Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a Fixed Asset Accountant to manage fixed asset accounting for the US and the Philippines. The role covers capital expenditure planning, asset capitalization, disposals, inventory tagging, and annual impairment reviews, with close collaboration across departments.

A degree in accounting or finance is required, CPA is a plus, and experience in fixed assets is preferred. The candidate will work within our finance team to ensure accurate asset records, adherence to FA

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• CPA license an advantage but not required.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 1 year experience in fixed asset management.

Responsibilities

• Capital Expenditure Management: Capital Budget Planning, Status Update, assign project numbers, forecast, maintain funded project list, CIM attachments.
• Fixed Asset Management: Monitor acquisition, capitalize, disposal, closing procedures in Oracle, impairment review, annual physical inventory and tagging, FA policies.
• Other Duties: Coordinate with other departments, improve fixed asset system and internal controls, perform duties assigned by supervisor.
