Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock Philippines is seeking a Software Technical Analyst to join the Finance & Treasury Systems team that supports a SOX-compliant infrastructure and large-scale financial reporting. You will collaborate across global users, manage production reliability, and implement changes in a complex, enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in batch scheduling, Unix scripting, SQL/Oracle, Azure, BI tools, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or related field.
2–4 years in software/IT with covered areas: batch scheduling, Unix scripting, SQL/Oracle, Azure and BI tooling.
Familiarity with ITIL4, ServiceNow, ERP tools such as SAP or Infor Lawson is preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Finance & Treasury teams to identify pain points and accelerate value delivery through software, infrastructure, and services.
Support and enhance Finance & Treasury systems for reliable financial reporting in a large client/server environment.
Maintain production and non-production operations, implement fixes, and coordinate with vendors for changes.
Work in a rotating schedule to align with global team deployments and weekend requirements.
