Morgan McKinley is hiring a Global Finance Solutions Analyst to manage and optimize our enterprise OneStream platform, supporting monthly financial close, budgeting, and account reconciliation across worldwide operations.

Join our global finance technology team in a hybrid role requiring onsite presence for key meetings. The night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM supports global operations while ensuring system performance and data integrity.

Qualifications

2–5 years of system administration experience with OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion (HFM), SAP BPC, IBM Cognos, or Tagetik.
Prior experience in large corporate settings with complex financial systems.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
High-energy, collaborative, responsive, and customer-service focused.

Responsibilities

System & Security Administration: Manage user access, security groups, metadata updates, and data mapping while keeping systems compliant with SOX standards.
Finance Close Support: Partner with finance and accounting teams during monthly close, consolidation, and forecasting to ensure stable system operations.
Technical Support & Monitoring: Troubleshoot system issues, monitor infrastructure health, research log errors, and conduct routine system and backup audits.
Process Improvement: Spot opportunities to automate workflows, write and execute test plans, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Backlog & Documentation: Maintain the finance system project backlog, prioritize updates with stakeholders, and keep system documentation current.
