Morgan McKinley is hiring a Global Finance Solutions Analyst to manage and optimize our enterprise OneStream platform, supporting monthly financial close, budgeting, and account reconciliation across worldwide operations.

Join our global finance technology team in a hybrid role requiring onsite presence for key meetings. The night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM supports global operations while ensuring system performance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of system administration experience with OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion (HFM), SAP BPC, IBM Cognos, or Tagetik.
• Prior experience in large corporate settings with complex financial systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• High-energy, collaborative, responsive, and customer-service focused.

Responsibilities

• System & Security Administration: Manage user access, security groups, metadata updates, and data mapping while keeping systems compliant with SOX standards.
• Finance Close Support: Partner with finance and accounting teams during monthly close, consolidation, and forecasting to ensure stable system operations.
• Technical Support & Monitoring: Troubleshoot system issues, monitor infrastructure health, research log errors, and conduct routine system and backup audits.
• Process Improvement: Spot opportunities to automate workflows, write and execute test plans, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Backlog & Documentation: Maintain the finance system project backlog, prioritize updates with stakeholders, and keep system documentation current.
