Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a System Administrator for OneStream to support consolidation, planning and reconciliation processes across the finance organization. You will partner with Finance to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and ensure compliant, efficient operations.

The role involves hybrid work with onsite presence and potential remote work, supporting monthly close, consolidation and forecasting activities in a global company.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant system administration experience in EPM/CPM environments.
• Experience in large companies with complex financial systems preferred.
• High-energy, adaptive, collaborative and responsive work style for fast-paced environments.
• Results oriented with a customer-service mindset and approach.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform server administration tasks (users, groups, permissions) and monitor system health.
• Provide help desk support and troubleshoot issues to identify root cause and resolution.
• Maintain data governance, security, and change management procedures.
• Maintain system documentation and knowledge artifacts for finance systems.
• Monitor SOX compliance and enforce access controls.
• Plan and prioritize finance system projects and communicate timelines to stakeholders.
