You will translate requirements into functional designs, build financial models, and develop executive dashboards, working with globally distributed teams and leveraging AI-enabled approaches while ensuring client success and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on OneStream implementation experience across core CPM processes.
• 5–7 years in Consulting, Finance, Accounting, or Financial Systems, in a professional services setting.
• Translate requirements into clear functional designs and configurations.
• Develop financial models for analysis and forecasting.
• Distill data into concise executive dashboards.
• Comfort with AI tools and firm-approved AI adoption.
• Commitment to continuous learning and applying new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in OneStream implementation projects across all phases, from requirements to go-live.
• Translate client requirements into functional designs for budgeting, forecasting, close, consolidations, and reporting.
• Deliver process and technology enhancements for better finance functions.
• Collaborate with US-based teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementations.
• Provide post-go-live support and knowledge sharing.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions in line with policy and client needs.
• Stay informed on emerging AI tools to enhance client solutions.
