Job summary

Nicoll Curtin is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to support regional finance operations across APAC and Europe, with a strong focus on billing and Accounts Receivable. The role also covers month-end closing, financial reporting, reconciliations and compliance-related processes.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting or finance and hands-on experience in AR and billing within an MNC or regional finance environment, plus familiarity with IFRS and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting.
• Hands-on experience with month-end closing, journal entries, and GL activities.
• Understanding of IFRS and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing and AR activities across regional markets.
• Handle invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation of billing discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing, journal entries, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in prepayments, accruals, payroll accounting, and tax costs.
• Prepare IFRS-based financial reports and ensure compliance.
