• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
• At least two (2) years work experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Process Management Expertise in finance processes such as Cash Application, Billing, and Collections.
• Analytical Skills to analyze financial information without depending on specific procedures.
• Strong Communication Skills for cross-functional interaction and explaining complex processes.
• Attention to detail to ensure documentation accuracy and up-to-date processes.
• Organizational Skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
• Maintains compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Interpersonal skills to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a subject matter expert for a given process and points of contact when supervisor is unavailable.
• Handle complex scenarios requiring analysis and decision making (e.g., client account reconciliation, billing history).
• Ensure accuracy of financial data provided internally and externally.
• Summarize information to prepare reports and explain financial reports.
• Conduct quality assurance or review on processes and documents and facilitate training as needed.
