Orica in Pasig City, Philippines, is seeking a Lead - Financial Controlling to deliver the financial accounting function for regional and group entities. The role emphasizes compliance with accounting standards and strong financial controls at Orica.

You will oversee general ledger, balance sheet reviews, audits, and tax processes while supporting budgeting and finance projects. Hybrid work with 2 onsite days weekly at the BGC office.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/CMA qualified and accounting or business background.
• 8+ years post-graduate experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in a large, global business is required.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Orica Global Business Services to address issues and implement solutions.
• Prepare and consolidate business unit financial statements accurately and on time.
• Manage General Ledger, ensure proper recording of transactions and impairment testing.
• Participate in internal and external audits, embedding internal controls.
• Oversee bi-annual assurance process including Balance Sheet review.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and finance projects and stakeholder reporting.
