Job summary

ClearSource is seeking a Finance and Accounting Senior Manager to lead the finance team at our largest location in Pasig and coordinate global financial reporting across countries.

You will manage outsourced providers, enforce a common close calendar, own intercompany processes, and shape accounting policy with senior leadership.

This role requires a CPA, 8+ years of experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and hands-on consolidation leadership to support the CEO and lenders.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years finance experience including team leadership.
• Experience with multi-country consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Strong knowledge of local statutory, tax, and payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the core finance team: general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll for the largest location.
• Coordinate finance across multiple countries; enforce global close calendar and submission standards.
• Direct outsourced accounting providers and external partners; review monthly submissions for accuracy.
• Own intercompany process end to end: billing, funding, matching, reconciliation, and elimination.
• Own the accounting system: ERP data integrity, access control, and consolidation readiness.
• Prepare monthly consolidated reporting for CEO and leadership; support budgeting, reforecasts, and external reporting.
• Establish internal controls and coordinate annual external audits; work with tax advisors on corporate matters.
