• Implements and sets up global service standards for Yamaha 3S Shop guidelines.
• Gathers service documents and warranty judgments; updates on warranty issues.
• Initiates promotional events and service marketing activities to reach Yamaha dealers and customers, including remote areas.
• Improves customer service professionalism across Yamaha 3S Shops and develops global quality staff for inspection and maintenance services.
• Collects shop KPI data and analyzes to identify improvement points and next actions.
• Performs inventory of tools and shop supplies; ensures proper assortment and safekeeping.
