Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field.
• At least 10 years in senior management roles; at least 4-year proven performance as GM/Director of F&B in reputable and upscale brands in the country.
• Experience in pre-opening and business start-up, growth, and expansion project assignments is highly preferred.
• Experience managing multi-site operations, ideally across regional and international locations.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Strategic leadership and team management skills.
• Philippine-based candidates preferred; expats living in the country will also be considered.
