Tether.io is seeking a precision‑driven Global Events Financial Controller to oversee the entire financial lifecycle of international events. This key position demands a bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields, along with over 5 years of experience in the events, travel, or hospitality sectors.

The successful candidate will consolidate vendor quotations, manage budgets, handle invoicing, and carry out multi-currency reconciliations. Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential, along with advanced Excel skills and a keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting of Events, Travel, or Hospitality industry.
• Full professional proficiency or Native in English & Spanish.
• Some traveling availability might be required.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate quotations.
• Elaborate budgets, tracking and reports for financial clarity.
• Manage contracts signature process.
• Oversee invoicing and payment process.
• Conduct multi-currency & multi-company reconciliations.
• Prepare post events reports.
