Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines seeks an ESG Expert to drive sustainability programs and advance net-zero goals. You will partner with stakeholders to embed environmental and social priorities across operations and leadership will rely on your dashboards and analyses to track progress.

You’ll design engagement strategies, identify opportunities, and foster external partnerships with NGOs and government bodies to amplify impact and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of ESG or sustainability experience.
• Strong ESG reporting knowledge.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Project and budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability initiatives and integrate ESG priorities into business practices.
• Monitor, analyze, and report ESG data with executive dashboards and reports.
• Identify ESG opportunities and translate them into measurable initiatives.
• Design and run ESG communication and engagement strategies.
• Establish partnerships with NGOs, industry groups, and government bodies.
