Job summary

The Lead ESG Specialist at Allegro MicroSystems, LLC leads and executes ESG reporting across global functions, owning carbon accounting, framework submissions, and supplier engagement for Scope 3 and Product Carbon Footprint data. The role acts as a key liaison between US headquarters and the Philippines facility.

You will drive CDP, GRI, SASB, and other framework reporting, manage emissions data in line with GHG Protocol, and support regulatory compliance while advancing sustainability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in ESG/Sustainability or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ESG, environmental sustainability, or sustainability reporting.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Experience leading CDP reporting cross-functionally.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute ESG reporting across global business unit functions.
• Manage carbon accounting and data capture for Scope 1-3 emissions.
• Drive supplier engagement to improve Scope 3 data and footprints.
• Oversee ESG metrics, dashboards, and Power BI reports for leadership.
• Serve as Philippines ESG liaison between US HQ and the facility.
• Coordinate on ESG questionnaires and regulatory alignment (SB 253, CSRD).
• Support ESG Limited Assurance audit preparation and disclosures.
• Contribute data and narratives to the annual ESG report and governance.
