Job summary

RISE and Synacy are building ESG reporting capabilities in the Philippines. We’re hiring our first ESG Reporting Manager to design and lead our ESG reporting framework from the ground up, shaping how we track, communicate, and improve performance in environmental, social, and governance.

Reporting to the CFO, you will own the ESG reporting process across finance, operations, and engineering, drive ISO 14001 readiness, and coordinate data, audits, and disclosures for regulators and investors.

Qualifications

• : 7+ years’ experience in ESG reporting or sustainability, preferably in telecom/infrastructure.
• :
• Familiarity with GRI, SASB, TCFD, IFC Standards and related frameworks.
• :
• Hands-on ISO 14001 audits and compliance experience.
• :
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the ESG reporting framework aligned with global standards.
• Prepare quarterly and annual ESG metrics reporting for lenders and investors.
• Deliver accurate ESG reports for internal, regulatory, and external audiences.
• Coordinate data collection and verification across teams.
• Lead ISO 14001 certification processes and audits.
• Communicate progress and risks to executives and partners.
• Monitor ESG performance and support goal setting.
