Job summary

Allegro Microsystems is seeking a Lead ESG Specialist to lead and execute ESG reporting across global functions, owning carbon accounting and supplier engagement for Scope 3 data. You will bridge corporate HQ and the Philippines facility, ensuring timely, accurate submissions and regulatory compliance.

You will develop ESG metrics and dashboards, drive cross-functional programs, and support audits and external framework disclosures, including CDP, GRI, and SASB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ESG/Sustainability or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ESG, environmental sustainability, or sustainability reporting roles.
• Experience with CDP, GRI, SASB reporting processes.
• Knowledge of carbon accounting software and ESG data management systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESG reporting across global functions for CDP, SASB, and GRI.
• Manage carbon accounting and Scope 1-3 emissions data.
• Drive supplier engagement for Scope 3 data.
• Coordinate ESG limited assurance engagements and audit preparation.
• Develop ESG metrics, dashboards, and Power BI reports.
• Serve as Philippines ESG liaison between HQ and the site.
