  • Manage and maintain carbon accounting software, ensuring accurate and timely capture of Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions data in alignment with GHG Protocol standards.
  • Drive supplier engagement programs to collect, validate, and improve Scope 3 Category data, including outreach, training, and follow‑up with key suppliers.
  • Support the advancement of key ESG initiatives as directed by the Director of ESG, managing multiple concurrent ESG projects across global and site‑level functions, setting priorities, tracking milestones, and ensuring on‑time delivery of reporting and program commitments.
  • Serve as the primary Philippines ESG liaison between corporate headquarters in the United States and our manufacturing facility in the Philippines for ESG related communications and activities.
  • Own the end‑to‑end completion and on‑time submission of customer ESG and sustainability questionnaires, coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather required data and ensure accuracy.

  • Track and analyze progress toward corporate goals related to emissions reductions, waste management, supplier diversity, and renewable energy adoption.
  • Develop and maintain ESG metrics, dashboards and Power BI reports to visualize performance data, support leadership decision‑making, and communicate progress against targets.
  • Apply bottom‑up Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) and Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) methodology to assess the environmental impact of Allegro's semiconductor products.
  • Collaborate with the Renewable Energy team at the AMPI manufacturing facility and engage with energy providers to support renewable energy procurement discussions, track commitments, and ensure requirements are met.
  • Provide substantial support for the annual ESG Limited Assurance audit, including preparing disclosure documentation, data source records, and methodology notes to support auditor review and verification.
  • Contribute data, narratives, and review cycles to support the development and publication of the annual ESG/Sustainability Report.
  • Drive the GRI and SASB reporting processes, ensuring disclosures are complete, accurate, and aligned with current framework standards; GRI or SASB certification preferred.
  • Lead the Sustainability ESG Ambassadors Employee Resource Group (ERG), serving on the Steering Committee and driving employee engagement on ESG initiatives across the Philippines site.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree required in a field related to ESG/Sustainability, Engineering, project management, environmental science, business, or finance.
  • 3+ years of experience in ESG, environmental sustainability, or sustainability reporting roles.
  • Strong analytical experience, project management, data analytics with expertise in Excel workbooks, Smartsheet, and similar applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, analyze and report on complex datasets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead CDP reporting questionnaires cross‑functionally.
  • Proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders, collaborate effectively, and obtain buy‑in across cross‑functional and global teams.
  • Experience with data management, software implementation, Scope 3 emissions calculations, Product Carbon Footprint and Life Cycle Analysis is highly preferred.
