Job summary

Space Matrix is seeking an EGD & Experiential Design Lead to establish and evolve the Environmental Graphic Design discipline across India and global projects. This senior role blends strategy with hands-on design leadership, translating brands, cultures and stories into immersive workplace experiences.

You will shape concepts from insight through execution, collaborating with brand, technology, interiors and architecture teams to create memorable environments that reflect client aspirations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EGD vision across India and global projects; define principles, standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Conceptualise and create EGD concepts, narratives, visual languages, and experience journeys.
• Lead multiple projects with creative direction, ensuring concept-to-built-experience consistency.
• Integrate EGD with Workplace Design; collaborate across strategy, architecture, interiors, and branding teams.
• Provide client workshops and storytelling leadership; translate requirements into compelling brand narratives.
• Drive design excellence; introduce new materials, fabrication techniques, and experiential approaches.
• Oversee design documentation, artwork, specifications, production, and site execution.
• Build and mentor the EGD team; develop tools, templates, standards, and knowledge systems.
• Support business development and pitches; develop EGD narratives to differentiate proposals.
