Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Retail Designer based in Mexico to shape engaging retail environments across international markets. You will translate brand objectives into architectural and interior design solutions, develop detailed packages, and create 3D visualizations to bring concepts to life.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail architecture or interior design, particularly with commercial space planning.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Architecture.
• Strong understanding of real estate and retail project stages.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong 3D visualization and renderings ability.
• English and Spanish fluency.
• International retail or architectural experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand DNA, objectives, and priorities into architectural and interior design solutions with drawings and plans.
• Create and review architectural, interior design, and construction documentation.
• Design and plan retail spaces based on customer behavior and site requirements.
• Provide innovative solutions to technical and design challenges.
• Present concepts using plans, sections, 3D models, renderings, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop concepts and best practices.
• Manage timelines, organize deliverables, and meet schedules.
• Maintain project documentation for clear handovers.
• Follow up on projects and apply learnings to future work.
• Maintain effective communication with teams, brands, contractors, and stakeholders.
