Job summary

Littelfuse Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Systems Specialist to design, implement, and support our global distribution network.

You will serve as the lead liaison across cross-functional teams, driving data analysis and optimization initiatives to reduce costs and raise efficiency. Responsibilities include leading SAP WM/IM projects, configuring warehouse setups, ensuring labeling standardization, and coordinating testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or logistics or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP IM/WMS modules.
• Demonstrate solid system/data analysis and research skills.
• Minimum 2 years distribution experience with knowledge of distribution best practices, computers, RF scanners, labeling, printer setup, and wireless network.
• Effective verbal and written communications.
• Effectively able to manage projects.
• Customer focus and responsiveness for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Windows/MS Office Excel, Word, Project, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support the global distribution network.
• Lead and implement distribution system projects with cross-functional teams.
• Liaison between Global Distribution and IT on distribution projects/issues.
• Evaluate hardware/software purchases to support distribution systems.
• Data extraction and analysis to support assigned tasks/projects.
• Standardize distribution labeling globally.
• Coordinate and/or perform testing with global labeling related to distribution.
• Web design and testing for distribution applications.
• Lead SAP implementations for WM/IM and design new warehouse setups/redesigns.
• Configure/maintain wireless RF scanners and hardware.
• Support warehouse floor implementations for location transfers and new acquisitions.
• Ensure global 3PL processes adhere to Littelfuse standards.
• Initiate global cost reduction through process improvement.
• Provide daily support of global distribution inquiries.
