Job summary

Lexmark is seeking a Process Architect to lead enterprise Digital Twin initiatives, transforming end-to-end processes from value streams to task-level activities. You will supervise a global team of EDT designers and drive governance, change management, and performance reporting to stakeholders.

The role requires strong business and technical acumen, excellent English communication, and experience with process mining and architecture tools. Collaboration with IT and business units is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical field.
2–3 years of experience in business process transformation.
Experience with Enterprise Digital Twin concepts and governance.
Experience with process architecture and modeling tools (Designer/Provision/MEGA/Vision).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Transform how Lexmark captures its enterprise architecture using Digital Twin capabilities.
Lead EDT design workstreams across business and IT.
Identify opportunities for process improvement during modeling sessions.
Provide governance and guidance to ensure compliance with Lexmark methods.
Manage change impact analyses and communicate options to stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams in business development and organizational change management.
Deliver accurate program status reports and manage milestones.
