Job summary

The Company is seeking a Deputy CTO to partner with the CTO in leading our global engineering organization. You will own delivery cadence, resilience, and budget across divisions, ensuring scalable, low-latency trading and asset-management platforms while enabling the CTO to focus on AI transformation.

You will drive platform modernization, data governance, and regulatory compliance (MiCA, DORA, SOC 2), align engineering with business strategy, and mentor VPs across Europe and the US to scale

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of global engineering teams.
• Experience with MiCA, DORA, SOC 2 compliance.
• Track record delivering platform modernization and data governance.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day global engineering operations and OKRs.
• Lead platform consolidation and data strategy across 80+ venues and 1,400+ markets.
• Oversee cybersecurity execution and regulatory compliance (MiCA, DORA, SOC 2).
• Manage global engineering budget and vendor relationships; mentor VPs.
