Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking a Transition Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute deployment projects across global locations. You will liaise with customers, project managers, installation partners, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-scope deployments with clear communication and data validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years in hardware deployments, logistics or project coordination.
• Strong analytical and data reconciliation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Familiarity with SAP, Business Objects, SharePoint and Microsoft Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple deployment project activities and serve as central contact.
• Create and maintain installation schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Track orders, deliveries, and installation progress through completion.
• Coordinate equipment delivery and service requirements with teams.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and implement mitigation to minimize delays.
• Maintain deployment, order, and return records and provide status reporting.
• Support customers and partners during installation and assist with data gathering.
• Contribute to process improvements and guide new Transition Coordinators.
