Job summary

TP ICAP Group is seeking a data governance specialist to manage operational data attributes across various systems, aligning with governance and regulatory requirements. You will work within a global team, potentially on shifts, to ensure data quality and timely delivery of data for operations.

Your role includes supporting data integration projects, liaising with IT and Operations, and assisting with audits and process improvements while maintaining accurate, compliant data records.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and organisation with a proactive approach.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to audience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high quality data by following governance and controls framework.
• Manage data attributes across systems as directed by Team Manager.
• Support junior staff and assist with data migration/ change projects.
• Maintain and update Legal Entity records in client databases.
• Notify relevant teams of changes to entity details and ensure regulatory compliance.
