Job summary

EY Philippines is seeking an Executive Cybersecurity Delivery Leader to guide our GDS cyber delivery teams across multiple competencies, with a focus on the Americas region. You will lead a 300+ person team in the Philippines, driving end-to-end delivery and innovative delivery models.

The role involves establishing unified governance, KPIs, and integrating automation, AI-enabled operations, and platform-led delivery to scale consulting-led cyber services for global clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cybersecurity leadership.
• Experience managing multi-domain delivery portfolios.
• Proven client-facing delivery leadership in global programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across CRCR, CTMDR, DIPAM, DPP, CAOE.
• Drive convergence of large-scale engagements into scalable models in the Americas.
• Own delivery performance across large managed services and transformation programs.
• Embed platform-led delivery with automation and AI-enabled operations.
• Establish unified governance, KPIs, and delivery standards.
