EY GDS Consulting in the Philippines seeks a seasoned cybersecurity delivery leader to guide a 300+ professional team and drive end-to-end cyber transformation across CRCR, CTMDR, DIPAM, DPP, and CAOE. Lead integrated delivery across global programs, enable platform-led operations with automation and AI, and scale the delivery footprint to meet regional demand in the Americas.

Qualifications

15+ years in cybersecurity with leadership across multi-domain delivery.
Experience managing large-scale delivery portfolios (>100 FTE / multi-million USD).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery across CRCR, CTMDR, DIPAM, DPP, and CAOE competencies.
Drive convergence of large scale build + transform + operate engagements into scalable delivery models in the Americas region.
Own delivery performance across large managed services and transformation programs (quality, margin, utilization).
Embed platform-led delivery (automation, AI-enabled operations, integrated toolchains) across competencies.
Scale global delivery footprint aligned to super-region demand.
Partner with SLs and accounts to transition consulting engagements into annuity delivery models.
Establishing unified governance, KPIs, and delivery standards across all cyber competencies.
