Job summary

QBE Group Shared Services Centre is seeking a Full-time Cyber Security Infrastructure professional to deploy, maintain, and continuously improve global cyber security services aligned with QBE strategy and policies.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to incidents while planning for growth, coordinating with business users and internal teams to ensure services remain secure and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience in deploying and maintaining cyber security infrastructure.
• Ability to respond to incidents and problems promptly.
• Strong skills in documenting processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Determine own work priorities and activities aligned with plans.
• Plan regular maintenance and performance improvements for cyber security infrastructure.
• Document incidents and problem management information for compliance.
• Maintain protection of information resources and ensure SLAs are met.
• Respond to alerts, participate in DR/BC tests, and communicate with stakeholders.
