Responsibilities

• Lead statutory and regulatory reporting across entities in Americas and Asia.
• Oversee US external reporting and local GAAP compliance.
• Guide Local Statutory Reporting specialists and ensure audit readiness.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement timely changes.
• Lead climate and sustainability reporting initiatives.
• Ensure audit readiness and remediation of findings with external auditors.
• Provide analysis on financial results, risks, and judgments.
• Drive risk identification and strengthen internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape governance and process improvements.
