Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in Manila seeks an Associate Analyst to execute compliance testing across Service Lines, conduct research using systematic tools, and help strengthen EY's compliance framework within a dynamic, global team.

You will own parts of the testing process, draft clear observations, support timely communication of review outcomes to PPEDs, and contribute to process improvements while meeting strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent; fresh graduates welcome.
• Exposure to research, compliance, audit or data analysis advantageous.
• Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance monitoring and research using established tools and procedures.
• Study findings, draw inferences, and prepare review documentation.
• Ensure timely transmittal of review outcomes to PPEDs and stakeholders.
• Support ongoing process improvements and meet project deadlines.
