Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Analyst for Global Compliance - Engagement Testing in Taguig. The role focuses on executing compliance testing across service lines, conducting research, and providing timely feedback to PPEDs.

The position requires attention to detail, logical reasoning, and strong written and verbal communication. You will work in a structured, process-driven environment within EY's Global Delivery Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or research experience is a plus.
• Exposure to research, compliance, audit, or data analysis concepts is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Learn tools, technologies and EY databases to perform validations that support compliance monitoring.
• Perform compliance monitoring, conduct research using systematic and intuitive secondary research tools.
• Study research findings, draw inferences, and conclude reviews in response to the research requirement.
• As reviews are concluded, ensure timely transmittal of review outcome to the PPEDs.
• Use analytical and project-management methodology and tools to deliver on core KPIs.
• Complete all assigned projects in line with SOPs and timelines.
• Take initiatives to bring in process efficiencies as you grow in the process.
• Participate in team meetings and bring ideas for improvement.
