Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as HR, business, compliance, risk management, law or finance.
• 7+ years of experience in compliance, governance, audit, HR operations, risk management or project management.
• Experience supporting regional or global compliance programs.
• Experience coordinating audits, remediation activities and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, procedures, and controls for People Operations compliance.
• Design and manage intake, case management, escalation and issue-resolution processes.
• Interpret legal and policy requirements and translate into actionable business guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess impacts and support implementation of requirements.
• Monitor emerging risks and identify improvement opportunities and mitigations.
• Coordinate internal audits, reviews, remediation actions, and documentation.
• Provide dashboards, KPIs, and governance reporting to drive decision making.
