Schneider Electric seeks a Compliance Specialist to strengthen commercial compliance, governance, and operational excellence across the channel business. You will partner with leaders to align with global policies and local requirements, reducing risk while enabling growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience in Compliance, Commercial Operations, Risk Management, Channel Management, Internal Controls, Governance, or similar functions.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, including Director and VP-level leadership.
  • Strong change management and organizational transformation capabilities.
  • Ability to balance business objectives while maintaining compliance and governance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex policies into actionable business practices.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to process discipline.
  • Ability to operate with firmness and objectivity when enforcing compliance standards and driving corrective actions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive alignment between global commercial compliance policies and local business operations, ensuring consistent adoption across all channel partners and business units.
  • Monitor compliance with contractual, commercial, and governance requirements, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions to mitigate business risk.
  • Partner with Sales, Channel, Finance, Legal, and Operations leaders to ensure compliance standards are embedded into day-to-day business practices.
  • Lead reviews of commercial agreements, partner onboarding processes, operational controls, and policy adherence requirements.
  • Assess potential compliance risks related to channel management, contracts, payment terms, inventory practices, and commercial operations.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive accountability and timely resolution of compliance issues.
  • Act as a change agent by promoting compliance awareness, driving process improvements, and supporting adoption of governance initiatives.
  • Develop tracking mechanisms, governance reviews, and follow-up processes to ensure sustainable compliance and operational discipline.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership teams based on compliance assessments and operational risk evaluations.

Join us as a Compliance Specialist and play a critical role in driving commercial compliance, governance, and operational excellence across our channel business. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to ensure alignment with global policies, local compliance requirements, and commercial governance standards, reducing organizational risk while enabling sustainable business growth.

This position requires a strong combination of compliance expertise, stakeholder influence, change management, and execution discipline to ensure key compliance initiatives are implemented and sustained across the organization.

What will you do?
