Job summary

Revolut is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist in the Philippines to oversee complaints, driving fair and transparent processes. You will work with Product and Quality Assurance teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences, conduct root-cause analysis, and ensure regulatory-compliant handling of issues.

You'll build procedures, maintain data archives, and take ownership of problems from end-to-end while staying abreast of evolving industry rules and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ability to provide provisional certificate if required.
• 18+ months of customer service experience.
• Fluency in English (C1 level or higher) with excellent communication.
• Strong numeracy, analytical and IT skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming formal complaints within regulatory deadlines.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Set up and improve internal procedures for complaint handling.
• Contribute to a culture of fair treatment of customers.
• Maintain a central, well-organised archive of data for easy access.
• Collaborate with Product and QA teams to ensure effective resolutions.
• Own problems, policies, or procedures end-to-end; stay updated on regulations.
